CANCELLATION POLICY
At the time of booking, we ask all new clients to provide credit card information. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge equaling 50% of your service total.
Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, and helps us to better accommodate our staff and clients alike.
PAYMENT METHODS, GIFT CARDS, & GRATUITY
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as personal checks.
Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and are kept on file to eliminate the hassle of a card gone missing.
Gratuity may not be added to card or check transactions and is cash only.
